Run your booking site on your own domain, and send booking emails that carry your name and the full booking details.
Guests trust a booking site that carries your name. NineDive lets you connect your own domain, so your website and booking pages run at your address.
Booking emails follow the same idea. Once your domain is verified for sending, booking emails can be sent from your own domain instead of a NineDive address.
What the emails include
- For guests: a booking-received email with the reference, trip, date, option or cabin, guests and total
- For confirmed bookings: a confirmation with the voucher and check-in QR codes
- For your team: a new-booking email with the customer details, every trip line, the boat and trip code when known, notes and a link to open the booking
Because the email details come from the booking itself, the team gets everything they need to act on it without logging in first.
