Spreadsheet import: bring your catalog into NineDive in one upload
One Excel template for boats, day trips, snorkeling trips, liveaboards and courses, with a field guide for every column.
Moving to a new platform is easier when you don’t have to re-enter every trip by hand. NineDive now has a single Excel template that covers your whole catalog:
- Boats and their cabins
- Dive and snorkeling day trips, with itinerary stops
- Liveaboards, with cabin categories, prices, fixed departures and day-by-day itineraries
- Courses, with pricing options and a daily curriculum
- Courses offered as add-ons on trips
The workbook includes an instructions sheet and a field guide that explains every column and its allowed values. Required columns are marked, and dropdowns help keep the values consistent.
How the import behaves
- Products are imported as drafts unless you mark them active
- Products and boats that already exist are skipped, never overwritten
- Liveaboards link to their boat by name
- Image links are copied into your media library
