Connect to Claude: prepare tomorrow’s operation with your live data
Connect Claude to your NineDive workspace to review bookings, assignments and equipment, and save an operations briefing.
Preparing the next day usually means reading through bookings, checking who is assigned to which trip, and counting equipment. NineDive can now be connected to Claude as a custom connector, so staff can ask for that preparation in plain language.
Once a staff member signs in and approves access for the workspace, Claude can work with:
- Bookings for an upcoming day
- Instructor and staff assignments
- Equipment data
After you confirm, Claude can save an operations briefing back into NineDive, where the team finds it under Ops briefings.
Why it matters
The briefing is built from the same booking, assignment and equipment records the rest of the platform uses, so it reflects what is actually planned. Nothing is saved without your confirmation.
