Boat Tracking: the last known position of every boat, with a safety log
A live map of your boats with the time of each position, a trail for the last days, and positions from Garmin inReach or SPOT satellite trackers.
When a boat is out, the office should be able to answer one question quickly: where was it last seen, and when? The new Boat Tracking page in the dashboard shows that for every boat.

Where the positions come from
Boats with a Garmin inReach or SPOT satellite tracker can be linked on the Boats page. Their positions are collected every few minutes and keep arriving out of mobile coverage, which suits liveaboards and remote sites.
With the NineDive mobile app, a crew member can also log the boat’s position from their phone during a trip, about every 10 minutes. Positions taken without signal are stored on the phone and uploaded once it reconnects. Phone logging arrives with the app.
