One app, three roles

• Managers see every booking for the day, a calendar with availability, the cabin map, pickups and equipment, and can create bookings on the spot
• Instructors and crew see the trips they are assigned to, their guests and their dive groups
• Agents see availability and the cabin map for the boats they sell, and only their own bookings and guests

On departure day

• Check guests in and mark them on board
• Mark rental equipment as prepared and handed out
• Follow hotel pickups stop by stop
• Track course progress and move a course day when a student is sick or the weather turns
• Let guests read and sign the liability release on a tablet at the shop
• Keep working without signal. Changes are sent once the phone reconnects

Notifications that matter

• A trip or course assignment, with the date, time, boat and meeting point
• An evening briefing for tomorrow’s trips: guest count, missing forms and medical sign-offs
• Guests still missing about 20 minutes before departure, sent to the trip leader
• One message when everyone is checked in
• New bookings and cancellations on trips you work, moved course days and new tasks
• For agents: booking confirmations and holds about to expire

A crew member can log the boat’s position from their phone during a trip, and the office sees it on the Boat Tracking map.
