Vouchers and check-in: connecting confirmation with arrival-day administration
Booking vouchers with QR-based check-in, alongside passenger manifest tools.
A booking confirmation should be useful on the day, not just in the inbox. NineDive issues booking vouchers that support QR-based check-in, linking the confirmation a guest receives with what your team does when they arrive.
Two separate check-in flows
There are two distinct flows, and they are not the same thing:
- QR booking check-in: the guest’s booking voucher is used to check in the booking.
- Passenger manifest check-in: passengers are checked in through the passenger manifest tools.
The NineDive manual explicitly distinguishes between the two, and your team should treat them as separate flows. Knowing which one you are using avoids confusion when a booking is checked in but the passengers have not yet been confirmed, or the other way around.
Why it matters
Check-in results feed the daily operations desk, where completed check-ins and guests still waiting are visible. The voucher is what ties confirmation to arrival.
