Liveaboard booking on your website: cabin categories and fixed departures
Named cabin categories with their own prices, a monthly departure list, and booking rules that match how cabins are sold.
Selling a liveaboard online is different from selling a day trip. Guests choose a departure, then a cabin, and the price depends on both.
NineDive liveaboard pages are designed around that choice:
- Fixed departures listed month by month, with availability for each date
- Choosing a departure selects it in the booking calendar
- Named cabin categories, such as a lower-deck twin or an upper-deck master, each with its own price
- Sold-out categories shown as unavailable
- Master cabins booked in pairs, and shared twin bookings that ask for the guest’s gender
The trip page can also show the boat’s cabin photos, the route, and the number of dives at each dive site.
Why it matters
When the website follows the same cabin rules your team uses, fewer bookings need to be corrected by hand. The cabin a guest picks is saved on the booking and carries forward into cabin assignment.
