Hotel pickups and transfers: from the booking form to the driver’s list

For day trips, the operation often starts long before the boat leaves. Someone has to know which hotels to visit, in what order, and how many guests are waiting at each stop.

NineDive lets you set up pickup and drop-off zones on each package, so guests choose their area when they book. Each zone can carry:

• A pickup time for that area
• Shared pricing per person, or private pricing per vehicle
• An optional passenger limit for private vehicles
• A short description guests see when choosing

The transfer the guest chose is saved on the booking. On the operations side, the Pickups & Transfers view collects the day’s transfers, and pickup lists in the departure rosters give drivers what they need.

Why it matters

The pickup area a guest selects at checkout is the same information your driver uses in the morning. Nobody has to copy hotel names from emails into a separate list.
